Login Help

DCT customers have two levels of login security:

• General Access
• Billing and Administrative Contact Access

General Access Login

General Access Login provides access to all of the DCT title information and tools provided with the service level purchased by the customer (Basic or Premium).

Licensees of previous Doody's Core Titles editions logged in with a last name and password combination. These customers can continue to login with this information.

Purchasers of DCT are able to set up a Login ID to use instead of a Last name for the General Access Login. Existing customers can update their General Access Login from the "Update Account Information" menu item once they are logged in.

Billing and Administrative Contact Login

New and existing customers can set up individual users as billing and/or administrative contacts for the customer account. These users have separate usernames and passwords to access the following features:

• Purchase Other Editions
• View Order History
• View and Pay Invoices
• Update Account Information
• Update Account Contacts
• Receive account status updates (Order Placed, Payment Received, etc.)

Administrative Contacts also receive notice of any service changes or enhancements and are notified when the next DCT edition becomes available.
