Purpose
The purpose of this collection is to educate clinicians about health concerns and disparities of LGBTQ+ children, adolescents, and young adults so they will be more knowledgeable in managing this patient population. This objective is definitely worthy. The three-part collection is much needed and meets the stated objective.

The content covers health concerns and ongoing disparities among LGBTQ+ children, adolescents, and young adults, including mental health and stigmatization. Each article is descriptive but also provides strategies to help this challenging population of pediatric patients.
Assessment
This book offers another excellent, clinically relevant collection of articles. It is well-organized, well-presented, and useful for all pediatric providers who care for this patient population.
