Purpose
The purpose is to facilitate the care planning process for both the novice and experienced practitioner utilizing NANDA Taxonomy II, Nursing Outcome statements, and Nursing Intervention Classifications. The publication fills a necessary need for a concise, easy to use care plan from which the practitioner can apply information to their geriatric clients. The book meets the authors' objectives.
